Estimating the Cost for Your Quilt
§

You can get an approximate cost for the machine quilting of your quilt if you:

bullet

Measure the length and width of your quilt top in inches.

bullet

Multiply the length by the width and divide by 144. (This gives the quilt area in square feet)

bullet

Multiply the area by the appropriate square foot quilting rate and add consumables and any other special costs to get an approximate cost.
